Biography: Joe Skala received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from USF in Electrical Engineering. He has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics at USF, UCF, VCC, and SPC. He currently is at the Clearwatwer Campus teaching Mathematics and managing a Grant SPC received from the National Science Foundation. | ||||||||||||||
